Similar cases require similar documents, so why not just create all the documents you might need all at once?
Now you can and very easily. I have been using DDPs (Dynamic Document Packages) for a while now and it is a fast and easy to create entire sets of docs at once. Just tag your Word doc <<Plaintiff>> <<Defendant>>, and whatever else you want and upload those docs to DDP App on Google Apps. ($5/month per user).
Click "Run" and your tags become fillable fields. Fill in the fields and the system replaces all the fields in all the seoparate docs for download as PDF and as individual Word files. It even replaces tags in the header and footer of a Word Doc.
It takes a little getting used and a little time up front, but if you're doing the same cases over and over it can be a great time saver for you and your staff. It also helps keep everything consistent.
